Birthday Workshops at Lamma Makerspace
At Lamma Makerspace, birthdays are creative gatherings where people build things together, share food, play music and slow down and enjoy time together.
Some groups come for a hands-on workshop and stay afterwards for pizza, cake and board games. Others turn the space into a relaxed evening with friends, drinks and good conversation. Every birthday ends up a little different, which is part of the fun.
Whether it’s a kids birthday, a teen celebration or an adult gathering, we try to create experiences that feel warm, personal and genuinely memorable.
A creative workshop is usually just the beginning of the celebration.
Many groups stay on afterwards to share food, cake and drinks around the workshop table while music plays in the background and the creations dry nearby. Some bring board games. Others simply enjoy slowing down together after making something with their hands.
You are welcome to bring your own cake and drinks, and we can also help organise food from nearby Lamma cafés and restaurants. There is a fridge on site and the space can be reserved for extra time after the workshop so the celebration can continue naturally.
Because of our hospitality background, we care just as much about how people feel in the space as the workshop itself. We want guests to feel comfortable, looked after and able to genuinely enjoy their time together.
